Our Director
Christina Horelick, LCSW
Welcome! As the founder and director of Mindful Pathways, I bring over a decade of experience as an LCSW to my work with individuals and families seeking meaningful change. Throughout my career, I have had the privilege of supporting clients across the lifespan—from children to older adults—helping them move through life’s challenges, whether that means overcoming feelings of being stuck, navigating complex trauma, or supporting those with severe mental illness, developmental disabilities, or medical issues.
What inspires me most is building genuine connections and working together to discover practical solutions that restore your sense of power and direction. I believe true healing involves caring for the whole system—mind, body, spirit, and family—and I strive to create a warm, compassionate, and impartial space where you can safely explore your challenges and strengths.
Mindful Pathways was founded with the belief that healing and growth happen best in a supportive, compassionate environment where your whole self is honored. At Mindful Pathways, we are deeply solution- and goal-oriented, working alongside you to help you find clarity, build resilience, and move confidently toward the life you want. Our approach is designed to guide you through challenges with practical tools and meaningful insights, so you can create lasting change and a greater sense of well-being.

Meet the Team

Charlea Munoz, LMSW
I’m a warm and intuitive therapist who draws from EMDR, IFS, TF-CBT, and other approaches to help you gently uncover the underlying patterns, beliefs, and emotional wounds that may be keeping you stuck. As a trauma specialist, I deeply believe that the most meaningful healing happens when we engage your mind, body, and spirit together in a safe and supportive space. I have experience supporting people of all ages through complex trauma, depression, anxiety, chronic pain, and more, always tailoring our work to what feels right for you. Whether you’re ready to begin your therapy journey or just have questions, I’m here to listen and would love to connect with you.

Jessica Hurtado, LMSW
I’m here to gently support you as you heal from anxiety and panic attacks, quiet that harsh inner voice, and build lasting confidence—so you can feel more peaceful, joyful, and truly yourself. Together, we’ll take a whole-person approach, caring for your mind, body, and spirit in a way that feels right for you. Healing isn’t always a straight line, and I’ll walk with you every step of the way, helping you make small, meaningful changes that fit your life and goals. My goal is to share practical tools and fresh ways of seeing things that help you face challenges with kindness, strength, and more ease.

Theresa Chriscoe, LMSW

My approach is flexible and heartfelt, drawing from a variety of practices to honor your unique story and support your growth. In our time together, you can expect gentle reflection, meaningful emotional support, and practical tools, all woven together to help you feel more empowered and at ease in your everyday life.

Christine Moffatt, LMSW
I believe healing begins when you feel safe, supported, and truly heard. I strive to create a warm, collaborative, and nonjudgmental space where we can explore how past experiences shape current challenges while building practical skills for lasting growth. I work with children, adolescents, and adults, with a special passion for supporting children and teens through emotional, behavioral, social, and life challenges. My approach is trauma-informed, holistic, and tailored to each individual, drawing from CBT, DBT, Solution-Focused Therapy, Psychodynamic Therapy, Play Therapy, Attachment Theory, and creative interventions when appropriate. My goal is to help you build on your strengths, develop effective coping skills, and move forward with greater confidence, resilience, and self-awareness.
